The great horned owlets at Magee have fledged since I was there a couple weeks ago, and were posing closer to the boardwalk yesterday...just a few good viewing gaps in the foliage by the boardwalk rail, between markers 23 & 24. By most accounts a slow day for warblers but these guys made the trip worthwhile for sure and still plenty of action to keep us busy including: yellow warbler prothonotary warbler magnolia warbler blackburnian warbler bay-breasted warbler chestnut sided warbler palm warbler http://www.pbase.com/tileman533/image/143404680 Denny McDonnell Euclid ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
