I stopped around 5:00, just in time to catch the tail-end of today's earth-moving activities - there was a bulldozer in action near the mudflats and shorebird numbers were reduced from yesterday. A orange fence circles the impoundment, but there are no 'Keep Out' signs posted, yet.
