I was eating dinner this evening and a big flock of grackles came to my feeders and attacked a 
female house sparrow. Moments later, the flock flew away and the house sparrow was lying on 
the ground dead. I had been seeing reports of this and thought I would share. 
I also had a male Purple Finch in my yard and a female at Penitentiary Glen today.
