Sorry for the delay in reporting this, but 3 dark ibis spp were seen in the Toussaint River on St Rt. 19, southeast of Ottawa NWR. These were reported at 1 pm today. Jason Lewis, Refuge Manager saw these today and reported them. I will not leave my cell phone in my car tomorrow. The refuge auto tour is open again tomorrow, from 8 am- 4 pm. There is a guided walk at Magee Marsh at 8 am. And lots of fun bird themed family activities also.
