Birders were rewarded today with a fallout of Monarchs at Wendy Park on the Cleveland shoreline. The south side of the cottonwood/mulberry/sumac woodlot was painted with nearly 2,000 Monarchs clinging to eye-level foliage, warming up in the late morning sun after a rain deluge in the morning.
