Hi, The Findlay reservoir Prairie Falcon seems to be a creature of habit. It seems to like the reservoir in the morning and evening and spends the day out hunting. It might be missed in the morning because it has an extensive area on the berms of the reservoir to spend the night, and given the scale of the area, it could be difficult to cover all areas before it takes off. In the evening it seems to be more reliable returning to the SW area of reservoir 1. Today it came in at 6:30 pm and stayed in that area for a good 10 minutes before a dog walker flushed it and it went to the other side of the dike. This is a fabulous bird that seems to have great site fidelity and a regular pattern of behavior. I am thinking evenings are your best bet if you go for this bird. Good Luck!
