Yesterday I had 3 surf scoters on Veto Lake (near Vincent in western Washington County) which is very unusual for this location. Today I had another surf scoter with a white-winged scoter on the Ohio River in Belpre (southern Washington County). Also 12 common loons. I'm loving this awful weather.
