A bike ride this afternoon (10/15) through Penitentiary Glen yielded a flyover Peregrine Falcon on the Kirtland Connector Trail, heading south, a single Orange-crowned Warbler on the Kirtland Connector Trail as well, plus 3 Pine Siskins that have been visiting the nature center feeders since the 13th. Other notables included Cooper's Hawk, Carolina Wren, 3 other warbler species, and 5 sparrow species.
