If plan to look for this bird tomorrow/Sunday, Kieth Lott reported on the Birding Ohio group on Facebook that he "saw the little gull slightly before dark, settling in with the Bonaparte's gulls." He was viewing from the "Walnut road boat launch, then it flew north toward ... Bel Lago. I think it settled in just south of the Smothers road bridge." Photos from today: Alex Hughes took a series of excellent shots from the east shore (Walnut Rd. access; check the maps). The series can be seen via http://www.flickr.com/photos/62474498@N07/8152164210/ Dave Slager took some as well http://www.flickr.com/photos/daveslager/8151648079/ As did I http://www.flickr.com/photos/pauljhurtado/8151838414/ There was also a SURF SCOTER just north of the Franklin-Delaware county line (Smothers Rd. bridge) with a small group of Ruddy Ducks, visible from the pullout off of Sunbury just north of Smothers Rd.
