At least 3 Black, 2 White-winged and 9 Surf Scoters  plus 60 Lesser Scaup,
30 Buffleheads, 3 Ruddy Ducks and 2 Gadwall in a flock off beach.  One
Long-tailed Duck out near jetty-scope needed.  Numbers in flock varied
throughout the afternoon in two visits at about 12:30 and about 5:00 pm.  A
few boats scattered and flushed the flock.
