The recent reports of large flocks of Tundra Swans came to mind when I was sent this article relating the large storm which just passed with large movements of Snow Geese in the southern plains:

They suspected that the storm might be capable of bringing late Western migrants east (Cave Swallow, Ash-throated Flycatcher, etc.):
