I was at Villa Angela and Wildwood State Parks in Cleveland for over three hours this afternoon. I have been going about once a week lately. I was able to find three Common Redpolls in the Villa Angela side near the birch/alder woods (north of the library) feeding in alders in the west end of the field around 1:40pm. An hour later when entering the field area at the east end of the woods I saw bird movement high up deeper in the middle of the woods on the north side. There were four of them feeding in the alders at 2:40pm that time. I had not seen any Redpolls there since 11/21/12.

I home I only had two Common Redpolls earlier in the morning. All the birds kept leaving and I got tired of looking then there was only one showing up periodically before noon and was there when I returned at 4pm.
