hello birders,

Saw a flock of 30+ American Robins at 10am today in the median strip of Fairmount Blvd. westbound (between Arlington and Marlboro Rds., Cleveland Heights, Cuy. Cty.).  They were absolutely gorging themselves on what I think is an ornamental crab and, when I was returning eastbound a few hrs. later, they were still there.  Probably this isn't super uncommon, but take this post as the enthusiasm of a newbie who still considers robins as harbingers of spring -- as in hope springs eternal.
