Myself and several others saw 2 Long-eared Owls yesterday afternoon at Germantown Metropark, Five Rivers Metroparks. The number of pellets and amount of white-wash under the trees suggest they have been there most of the winter. In addition, we also saw a Northern Saw-whet Owl roosting in a Cedar Glade.
