Cindy Host & I visited Killdeer Plains yesterday. We arrived around 12:30 pm, & left around 8:30 pm. We had most of the birds that everyone has seen lately except the Shrike. I was told the Shrike is more active in the morning, so that may be why we did not see the bird. The Saw-whet Owl was in its normal area SOOO Cute!!
