One of our interns just informed me that there is an Osprey circling over the William C. Kraner Nature Center and Taft Reserve . She has already seen it twice. There is a beautiful wetlands on the northeast perimeter of the south section of Taft Reserve which is NOT part of the reserve but where I have seen an Osprey before. Perhaps it will choose to nest there or maybe go check out Dawes. Either way, very cool! The center is open from 12-4 today if you'd like to get a map or go to the Licking Park District's website http://www.lickingparkdistrict.com/TaftReserve.html Manon VanSchoyck Ohio Nature Education Licking County ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
