Crows are amazing-I usually hang the left over turkey carcass from Thanksgiving out for them.  I  wanted one as a pet when I was younger and had the chance to help rehab one and realized how incredibly messy and smelly they were and quickly changed my mind about that.  Once when I was on a trip to a beach in Sarasota, I ran into a crow that knew just how people hid their stuff on the beach--under towels, in shoes, etc.  I wish I could have found that crows hoard-probably would be rich.
