As I see there is some discussion about the ONWR egrets, here is a link to an album with photos I took of the egrets this past Sunday on a field trip with Jason Lewis and the Western Cuyahoga Audubon Society.

The Marbled Godwits and others were often too far for a good photo with my equipment.  This was my first attempt using a 1.4x teleconverter and I found my 400mm lens did not always cooperate.  Even with the bright light we had, the auto-focus did not always work.  I still have much to learn about birds and photography.
