After hearing of today's fallout I skipped out of work a bit early and headed to Wendy Park. Although things had slowed considerably it was fun to see the activity. And very special for me was to see a Winter Wren. I believe there were more than one from the sounds of things. I heard the double call notes here and there but only saw one wren at a time. It took over 1/2 hour before one popped out long enough in the clear to photograph.
