Located the Snowy south of SR 250 on Kidron Rd, across from small grocery (9450 Kidron Rd.).  Saw head poking over hill facing west from parking lot.  Go further south on Kidron rd and turn right just after school house, go 1/8 mile and look right (north)...was perched on fence post.
