A single adult Fox Sparrow (Red) has now been a regular visitor at our backyard feeders for a week. It's been hanging around with other sparrows (house, tree & song), as well as house finches, cardinals, doves, juncos & jays. Seems to be fairly aggressive to other birds under the feeders when scratching for seeds. It's beautifully marked. I finally got around to posting some pics to my Flickr Photostream: https://www.flickr.com/photos/87869130@N04/ This is the first fox sparrow on our life list & for our backyard bird list! ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
