There are still some ducks on the Struthers - Lowellville stretch of the Mahoning R. (Mahoning Co.).  They include: Am. black ducks, lesser scaup, buffleheads, c. goldeneye, hooded mergansers, and common mergansers.  Craig Holt, Poland Twp.
