Jen Brumfield and Dan Gesualdo just found a Neotropic Cormorant at Sandusky. It's on the northeast side of town, by the estuary that's right next to the road going out from Route 6 to Pipe Creek Wildlife Area and Cedar Point amusement park. Look up Castaway Bay and the TGI Friday's restaurant and you'll be in the right area. Jen said it was a well-marked adult, sitting with two Double-crested Cormorants. Several stray Neotropics have been found in the last month in places like New Jersey and Indiana, but needless to say, this is a spectacular find for Ohio.
