What a day. We had a pair of Rose Breasted Grosbeaks at our feeder with the female eating suet. Then our Wilmington College bird watching class went to Fallsville where we found seven BLACK-CROWNED NIGHT-HERON sitting on the edge of a wooded area. Then at another pond two BLACK-NECKED STILTS landed in water too deep for them and immediately took off. Bob Powell will probably give a better report but I remain on cloud nine. Happy Birder Cheers ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
