Lake Hope State Park & Zaleski State Forest are located 15 miles west of Nelsonville(Rte 33) off of Rte 278. Cindy Host & I visited the area on Sunday. We visited various Clear Cuts & Shelter Woods. Off of King Hollow Rd is a Maintenance Rd. This leads to a Clear Cut(off of an uncut Rd) & a Shelter Woods. To explore this area requires walking around 2 miles. On Baptist Church Rd you can find all the Birds in the area by car. Baptist Church Rd has Clear Cuts, Shelter Woods, Woods & a Creek. Below is a list of some of the Birds found.
