I was watching the weather this morning. The prediction for steady rain today was discouraging. But, the weatherman said there will be constant winds from the north today and tonight. I am guessing that this is a good sign for migrating birds. And, tomorrow is supposed to be nice/drier weather for us birders. According to this web page, one of the species coming should be tundra swans. I saw a couple at Headwaters Park in Geauga County last weekend. I hope more are on the way. http://birdcast.info/forecast/regional-migration-forecast-31-october-7-november-2014/ Is there a weather forecast/bird migration forecast more for Ohio somewhere on the web? (I think Jen B. used to do it regularly.) ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
