Sunday (March 5) afternoon we stopped at the Nature Center at Lake Hope State Park in Vinton County (closed and empty feeders), when a large raptor flew above the treetops, circling once and then continuing out of sight. The minute (probably less) was enough to see the field marks identifying a juvenile GOLDEN EAGLE: Dark bird with white wing patches, white base of tail, yellow feet, and golden nape from below, and white wing patches, white base of tail, and golden nape from above during the brief circle.

End of January, a juvenile Golden Eagle was photo-captured on a trail cam in Vinton County, perched on a deer carcass, as reported by ODNR on Facebook:

It is possible that the same bird is still in the area.
