Hi, It depends on where in Ohio you are located. According to Birds of the Cleveland Region (4th ed) Ruby-throated Hummingbirds are rare in the first part of April and by the end of April are common. You can also look at the occurrence charts on eBird which allow you to sort by state, county or specific location.
