Leslie Sours informed me earlier that "all the swallows" were at the Fishinger Road bridge over the Scioto River and she wasn't kidding! There were swarms of swallows as far as the binocular-assisted eye could see. The vast majority were Tree Swallows, but all other regularly occurring Ohio swallows except Purple Martins were present. My estimates in just a 30 minute span were:

5 Northern Rough-winged Swallow

450+ Tree Swallow

3 Bank Swallow

16 Barn Swallow

8 Cliff Swallow

Good birding!
