TIME: 6:45am-3:55pm TEMP.: 44-57-52 COND.: Cool & cloudy early giving way to pleasant andmostly sunny; winds light and variable changing to W/SW around 1:40pm at 5-7mph.FT.MI.: 14.0 OBS.: John Henry & Douglas W.
