About an hour ago I spotted a TUVU soaring over rt23 at the intersection of Lewis center rd. As I was pulled over watching it a Merlin flew over head and circled a few time then continued in an eastern direction towards Alum creek. the TUVU continued soaring slowly to the south along 23.
