I was at the Lake Erie Bluffs from 6:45- 10:30 this morning. there were a lot of birds migrating throughout the morning. There were numerous Canada geese flying north the first hour or so of daylight. After 7:45 very few went by. Included in the flocks were four white-fronted geese and one blue goose in another flock. Other birds of note were three Sandhill cranes. There were quite a few vultures (57) going over just before I left. there were only a few hawks. Hundreds of blackbirds and robins passed over. What was interesting was three quarters of them were flying east and a quarter were heading west.
