Hi, Our survey hike was on the Baldwin properties of Holden this morning. We found 3 more Louisiana Waterthrushes. One along the East Branch of the Chagrin and two along Shadybrook. The latter runs mostly on clay and is less preferred as habitat for Louisiana Waterthush here on the front of the Allegheny Plateau. At this point, in the past 2 weeks we have found multiple Louisiana Waterthrushes, on territory, in each of the major streams on Holden property as follows: East Branch of the Chagrin- 4, Pierson's Creek-2, Shadybrook-2, Stebbins' Run 15.
