Birded the upper and lower Delta Ohio reservoirs in Northwest Ohio and found two horned grebes on the upper res, along with 12 Lessor Scaup, a couple of Ruddy ducks and one Redhead.  Last week had 2 Common Loons.  It was cold but a bright day without too much wind
