Had several great looks at Yellow breasted chats this morning, as they seemed to prefer singing from the tops of the partially leafed trees. Thank goodness someone has not felt the need to chop those down (yet?)! Kentucky warbler and Cerulean warbler were singing in the same area on the Sugar Maple trail shortly after entering the woods. With a little searching, I was able to locate both birds. Hooded warbler Louisiana waterthrush (heard) Ovenbird (heard) northern parula (heard) Common yellowthroat Yellow warbler Bob McNulty ______________________________________________________________________ Ohio-birds mailing list, a service of the Ohio Ornithological Society.
