There was a Mississippi Kite present today in Ross Co. At a new park called junction Earthworks. The bird was present when I left at 5:45pm. The address is 1165 Belleview Ave Chillicothe OH.

The bird was soaring very high while I was there and I only saw one bird. Others before me apparently saw two birds perched. Good Luck!
