Birded these two areas in Erie County from 3-6pm today:

*Medusa Marsh* from Barrett Rd was much drier than a week ago with far
fewer shorebirds. The best find was three buff-breasted sandpipers. There
were a dozen or so killdeer and also a few each of semipalm plover, spotted
sandpiper (1), semipalm sandpiper, least sandpiper (1), and pectoral
sandpiper.

*Willow Point WA*, in the small pond east of Willow Pt. Rd, about halfway
to the Bay, there were excellent numbers of shorebirds, including the
following and estimated numbers: killdeer (12), semipalm plover (10),
solitary sandpiper (1), semipalmated sandpiper (25), western sandpiper (1),
least sandpiper (6), pectoral sandpiper (5), stilt sandpiper (15),
short-billed dowitcher (25).
