Hello, 

I wasn't sure if you were still looking for reports of banded Prothonotarys at Hoover this late in the season but I came upon one this morning 8/24. It was one of two adults feeding at least 2 fledglings along the boardwalk. The bands were right leg orange over silver and left leg blue over silver. I have a photo if needed.
