Birding was excellent at Conneaut harbor this morning, I was there from 7:15 till 11:15.  Shorebird movement was quite noticeable.  Highlights were: wood duck, 2 blue-winged teal, double-crested cormorants, green heron, osprey, 6 bald eagles, 7 semipalmated plovers, 2 stilt sandpipers, 6 sanderlings, Baird's sandpiper, 2 least sandpipers, buff-breasted sandpiper, 6 pectoral sandpipers, 5 semipalmated sandpipers, 3 short-billed dowitchers, spotted sandpiper, 8 lesser yellowlegs, 8 Bonaparte's gulls, 125 herring gulls, 2 Caspian terns, tree swallows, bank swallows, and barn swallows.  Craig Holt, Lowellville
