Tonight I watched a stream of migrating robins over my house, all flying
the same direction, just after sunset. In 20 minutes I counted 600. I've
watched grackles and starlings do this (with a higher density of birds than
tonight's robins), but I have never seen robins stream like this. Is this
common for them?
