TIME: 7:30am - 4:30pm TEMP.: 30~64~63 COND.: Very brisk early, warming to sunny with blue skies and a light south breeze turning S/SW at 5-10mph from 1:20pm - 2:00pm, then turning pleasant & calm the rest of the day.
