Hi Caleb, We haven't had any Snowy Owls in Cleveland so far this year. There have been 3 Ohio reports but those were only present for a day and never relocated, that I know of. Cleveland Hopkins Airport is a good place, viewed from 100th Bomb Group restaurant on Brookpark Road, and I'd check Burke Airport as well. Good luck!
