I missed Magee Marsh for the 8th year in a row...but I had a great hour at this great little park in Wadsworth! Common Yellowthroats (everywhere) Brown Thrasher (I know it's not rare- but a first for me in Wadsworth) Indigo Bunting Yellow Warblers A sparrow with a bizarre descending song that I need to identify with its picture Very active Pileated Woodpeckers Goldfinches Cedar Waxwings Bluebirds Cardinals Chipping Sparrows Gnatcatcher Hooded Warblers (this is a great place to find these in the summer) A small hawk from a distance (Coopers or Sharp Shinned) A warbler with a hoarse little 2 note call that I need to identify from my picture. A great hour!
