Went for a stroll at Beaver Marsh this afternoon to enjoy the "heat wave" and find some relief from cabin fever of late. Fairly quiet but I did see a few Com Mergansers as well as a DC Cormorant on the open cuyahoga River along with mallards, Canada geese & a Belted KF. One Great Blue Heron was standing in the open stream north of the main pond. Only sparrows were a few Songs. Usual Downies, Red-bellieds, BC Chickadees, cardinals & nuthatches. A pleasing montage was a flock of Cedar Waxwings feeding on some red berries. They were interrupted by a flock of robins wanting the same berries which led to a fair amount of jostling and some good photo opps.
