Do you have a set of specific tools and actions by which any boss can infuse all of these characteristics into a group within a company or into an entire company?? Having a successful chorus line may be a fine concept or characteristic, but if no one can tell us where to put our feet, how to swing our arms and in what order, we will never get the show on the road. Please let us know the book or whatever which will provide these techniques/actions. IF YOU DON'T HAVE SUCH A BOOK, WOULD YOU LIKE ONE? If yes, let me know because we have one.
