I believe yes.  Provided Ocean and Stream were modern (e.g., PCI-bus as
opposed to the TurboChannel) Alphas.
 
MiamiLINK, Watson and Holmes (the three Alphas in the libraries) will
*not* run NT (or Linux, for that matter.  I weep.) because they're old
machines with TurboChannel.
