This afternoon I met Larry and Lenna Mae Gara at Rocky Fork State Park
in Highland County. At the east end of the lake we found a female Surf
Scoter.
To get to the area we viewed it from, take SR 27 (N Shore Drive) east to SR
753,
turn right. Take the next right, and the another quick right into park
property.
There's a gravel road to the right which goes down to the water.
List of waterfowl:

Northern Pintail 2
Green-winged Teal 2
Ring-necked Duck 60
