Hello Everybirdie!!
Made a circle around Grand Lake St Marys this a.m.
Found only the usual of our feathered beauties as follows:
St Marys Fish Hatchery: Many ponds are drawn down for winter.
RB Gulls XXX
CAGO X
Piedbilled Grebe 2
GBH -1
N Cardinal-1
Mallards
Killdeer XX
Behm Road - From 219:
Many, Many RB Gulls!
GBH -3
Prairie Creek BE Nest area:
Sharp Shinn Hawk swooping around after a sparrow!!
Mercer Wildlife Area:
CAGO XXXXXXXX
Mallards
GBH 4
Killdeer XXX
RB Gulls X
Mourning Doves 6-8
Redtail Hawks 3
And a Tiger Cat !!!! :-o
Sorry, I didn't post my visit of 10-30 - but guess it's one of those
Part-time moments - they seem to come more often lately!!
But I observed 2 snow gees and 1 blue phase on the Lake from West Bank Park
(Celina)
