Hi, all--
Just to add to the list of sightings for this species today, four Common
Redpolls were found visiting a thistle feeder in Wooster, in Wayne county, today.
They were first seen about 10 a.m., and stayed for the remainder of the day.
Quite a nice Christmas present for those of us whose life lists previously
held a blank check-box next to the name of this beautiful little Canadian finch.
Many thanks to the property owner for calling to alert me!
Scott
Wayne County, DeLorme 50, B-3
(about 30 minutes south of Akron)
