Avon Lake Power: The ice edge is pretty far offshore, and so were the birds. The usual 3 gulls and small numbers of common goldeneye, red-breasted and common mergansers, lesser scaup, and surf scoter. This evening 4 Merlin were observed, Section 85, 2 in Section 83 and Section
20.

Northern Harrier second time this winter
